CubikLiving is a design-build practice — we plan, engineer and construct residential projects end to end, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the site.
Architectural planning, layouts and structural drawings — engineered from the ground up, not just drawn to look good.
Structural construction and interior work, both handled directly by the same team that designed it — full accountability, one point of contact.
Handover, finishing touches and post-completion support — the home is checked and ready before you move a single box.
CubikLiving is led by Ashraf KV, a civil engineer with 7 years of experience across architectural design and contracting. That combination means every drawing is checked against how it's actually going to be built — fewer surprises on site, and a home that performs as well as it looks. We handle both the structure and the interiors, so the same team that lays the foundation is the one that finishes the last room.
